Elif cut my hair exactly how I asked, and the salon was spotless. Only thing, it’s a bit pricey.

They took me 25 minutes late but the result was amazing. The coffee was a nice touch.

Impossible to reach by phone, they called back two days later. The colour was good.

Common questions

Which reviews are analysed?

Reviews with text on your salon’s Google profile, plus reviews left through glossgo. Star-only reviews without text are counted but not analysed.

Where do the reviews come from?

Google reviews are compiled from public sources; glossgo reviews are the platform’s own data. glossgo is independent from Google.

Are my customers’ names visible?

No. Quotes appear verbatim in the report, but the reviewer’s name, photo or profile is never shown.

How long does a report take?

Usually 20 to 30 seconds. Salons with a very high review count can approach a minute; the page refreshes itself when ready.

Can I share the report with my team?

Yes. Every report is archived in the panel and printable; save it as a PDF and share it with your team.
